Baseworks Practice 1.0 Series Episode 4: Revolving Triangle A
with Baseworks founder, Patrick Oancia.
The Revolving Triangle A (yoga sanskrit name: parivritta trikonasana) also promotes stability in partnership with gravity. Drawing the feet away from each other on the transition forward, while twisting from the centre of the chest with subtle movements introduced in the shoulders, supports the spine while tweaking insights on stability in mobility.
This introduction to the Baseworks Practice 1.0 series focuses on quality of movement. When the body and mind benefit from the effects of corrective alignment, it sets up the foundation for increased strength, mobility, flexibility, complexity and introspection.
Baseworks Practice is designed for any fitness, martial arts, dance, yoga and other movement discipline enthusiasts. It promotes wellbeing, optimal health, and mindfulness.
