BASEWORKS Practice is inspired by Yoga, functional fitness and mindfulness practices.

This “FUNDAMENTALS” course will introduce the foundational concepts of BASEWORKS Practice as a great practice to support physical health and well being.


  • Introduction to the BASEWORKS Practice method

  • Corrective alignment
  • Functional movement
